I have yet to earn my CITO souvenir for this CITO season! Behind these shops is always a quite filthy area. Lots of this trash gathers from people not throwing things away in this busy shopping mall. The tree line back here tends to catch a lot of trash. Unfortunately, lots of it still makes its way to the dam and water behind the tree line. Lots of trash ends up in Lake Forest (the lake) and can harm our fish and wildlife! I have actually cleaned up this area alone many times, sometimes it's not as dirty as other times. Sometimes, when the dumpsters nearby are emptied, even more trash flies out and makes a mess. I offer this CITO in order to clean up this tree line and area behind the shops. I can't wait to earn my souvenir and see all of you people there! Let's step in and cache in, trash out! I will be providing trash bags and gloves. I recommend bringing water and personal CITO tools/buckets, etc. for cleaning up all this garbage and staying hydrated. Attendees will come together at 2:00pm and we will take a photo with all the garbage we collected!
