Für das
Blockbuster-GIFF-Event zum
Geocaching International Film Festival 2025 im Autokino Aschheim am 08.11.2025, wurde neben der neuen
Klappe-Runde auch diese kleine Geo-Art in Form einer 25 erstellt. Wir wünschen euch viel Spaß beim Rätseln und auf der Cache-Tour.
Es handelt sich hierbei um einen Play-Anywhere-Wherigo, d.h. ihr könnt ihn bequem zu Hause spielen.
Passend zum Thema GIFF müsst ihr hier die Namen von bekannten Filmen erraten. Je schneller ihr den Namen des Films erraten könnt, umso mehr Punkte bekommt ihr. Sobald eine ausreichende Punkteanzahl erreicht ist, erhaltet ihr die Final-Koordinaten für den Geocache.
Noch ein paar Hinweise zu den unterschiedlichen Wherigo-Playern:
Android (c:geo, WhereYouGo, Geooh GO): Es sind keine Probleme bekannt.
iPhone (Wherigo® app): Es sind keine Probleme bekannt.
Garmin: Hier funktionieren die Sounds nicht. Die maximale Eingabelänge beträgt hier 18 Zeichen. Falls der Filmname länger sein sollte, dann könnt ihr nur die ersten 18 Zeichen davon eingeben. Der verkürzte Name wird dann trotzdem erkannt.
webwigo.net: Hier funktionieren die Sounds nicht.

This Wherigo is a play-anywhere cartridge, which means you can already play it at home.
In keeping with the GIFF theme, you have to guess the names of well-known movies. The faster you can guess the movie name, the more points you get. Once you reached enough points, you can see the final coordinatens of the geocache.
Some hints about the different Wherigo players:
Android (c:geo, WhereYouGo, Geooh GO): There are no known problems.
iPhone (Wherigo® app): There are no known problems.
Garmin: Sound does not work on this device. The maximum input length is 18 characters. If a movie name is longer than that, you can only input the first 18 characters. However, such a name will still be correctly detected.
webwigo.net: Sound does not work here.
