Located along the Mouille Point section of the Sea Point Promenade, this cache is easily accessible 24/7 with ample parking usually available nearby. As this is a popular and well-frequented area, a bit of discretion may be required during busy periods. It is not on the ground nor on the nearby electrical infrastructure.
The promenade is a favourite spot for relaxing, exercising, sea life spotting and water-based activities such as kayaking and surfing. Consider timing your visit to coincide with sunset or enjoy a leisurely stroll along this scenic walkway that follows the Atlantic Seaboard for 5.5 km from Mouille Point, past Three Anchor Bay and Sea Point to Bantry Bay.
To re-hide the cache:
1) Replace all parts - the way you found them
2) Drop the container down the top (down the narrower one - for obvious reasons!)
(This cache may be familiar to some. This is because I've recycled the concept from a V&A Waterfront cache of the same name - after the hide location was taken over by new development at the Waterfront.)
