I noticed that Mercer Island needed a TOTT, so I decided to place one here at Homestead Park! To find this cache, you will need a gripping TOTT, and tall person, or a very nimble person, due to lack of foot holds. The cache is a D3 because it's tricky to get to and technically a devious cache. BUT DO NOT OPEN THE ELECTRICAL BOX!!!!! Good Luck!🍀🍀🍀
