The serpent is the name given by the locals of the Woonona area to a winding footpath that goes up the hill to link Campbell Street to Russell Street and the pathway to Bulli.
It was put in place when the existing road and pedestrian infurstructure was swallowed up to make way for the northern distributer.
The gardens are attended by locals who are quite passionate so please be respectful of the suroundings and vegetation when searching for the cache.
You may need to walk on some leafy area but not on any of the established gardens.
Be aware that this is a high muggle area and they can be on you in a very short time without you seeing them coming
