Geocache Description:

Tupperware box full of trinkets

Getting there is half the fun, so not much in the way of hints. The GPS will get you within 50-100m of the cache. That's where the trouble starts.

Because the cache is in the woods, it was hard to get a trustworthy set of coordinates. I took a best fit of about a dozen readings, but even so it may be off by tens of metres. Let's just say this much: There's a bench on the trail, the only one in the immediate vicinity. From this bench the cache is within a 50m radius, in the woods, in a southwesterly direction. It is not hidden, and is nestled in the middle of a cluster of trees (or whatever you call those things). I will upload an image of the actual spot to help you find it. You might as well take a reading when you're there, and post it, in case yours is better than mine.

The contents are a bunch of interesting trinkets of various sorts. Help yourself. Try to leave something interesting in return. May I ask that you please, please, do not put anything edible into the cache, as animals will figure that out and destroy it. Also please make sure the lid is tightly fitted again. That's it.

There is a poison ivy warning sign in the area. I don't think I encountered any, but long pants are advisable. There were mosquitoes today, but no horseflies.

This would be an outing suitable to do with kids 5 years old and older.
