Four years ago, I started with "Meet & Greet" - events while travelling because Geocaching for me is not only about finding caches, it is also about meeting other Geocachers. Last time, we visited Jo'burg, we had the pleasure of meeting very friendly geocachers Me = the Carrotking@Eagle Canyon 
While being in Jo'burg this time, my muggle wife & especially I would, again, like to meet Geocachers from near & far, locals or travellers from other parts of the World who could give me some advice about caching in the area as well as on interesting caches. I could give you some ideas about Geocaching in Germany / Europe / GC HQ
