This is an easy cache if you're on your way to any downtown caches or want a less rigorous cache after a long day of hunting down treasures.
On our way from planting the "This Ain't Your Grandma's Mansion (GCBE70)" cache, we couldn't help but remember a rather notorious former resident who lived in the area.
The 24 room tudor home on the corner is the former home of Larry Flynt. (For those unaware of his "wares", he's the creator of a risque magazine)
Residents were not only outraged to have a "smut peddler" in the neighborhood but more importantly, the irony of the landmark directly across the street from his elaborate home. (Of course he may have known exactly what he was doing moving to that location!)
To get credit for the cache, email us the landmark that caused such a ruckus in the 70's.
**Note: Team Aloha does NOT support the industry Larry Flynt is most famous for, this is merely for the "OH MAN!" you'll get when you see the landmark. It is safe to say this may not be the most kid friendly cache unless you are comfortable explaining to your kids who he is**
