This cache resurrects our P&G? cache, which made similar use of the weird parking islands you can find in this part of town. It could feel like the definition of a park-and-grab. Look for the other caches in this series if you are obsessed with cul-de-sacs...or if you just enjoy levelling up and trying different things. They are ordered roughly by complexity and involve different types, containers and hiding places.
Cache should remain accessible in winter unless plowing builds up crazy banks of dumped snow. Please make sure the lid is properly screwed on and that the container is set all the way back into position. Started with swag, but BYOP. The washer at the bottom is meant to be a weight to help keep the cache in the right orientation.
