小菅西公園は、小菅水再生センターの屋上にある公園。
エレベーターを上がると、建物の上であることを忘れるほど広大な公園スペースが広がっています。人工芝舗装のフットサル場2面のほか、複合遊具・アスレチック遊具・健康遊具などを完備。子どもも大人も楽しめます。
直径5メートルの巨大な花時計が公園のシンボル。季節により花が変わり、いろいろな表情で出迎えてくれます。桜や梅の木も多く、春には次々と開花するので、知る人ぞ知るお花見スポット。 夏には、階段に沿って水が流れ、涼しげな風景を演出します。
Kosuge Nishi Park is a rooftop park atop the Kosuge Water Reclamation Center.
Upon exiting the elevator, visitors are greeted by a vast park space so expansive it's easy to forget you're on top of a building. It features two artificial turf futsal fields, along with a multi-purpose play structure, athletic play equipment, and fitness equipment. Both children and adults can enjoy themselves here.A giant 5-meter diameter flower clock serves as the park's symbol. The flowers change with the seasons, greeting visitors with different expressions. With many cherry and plum trees, it becomes a hidden cherry blossom viewing spot in spring as they bloom one after another. In summer, water flows along the stairs, creating a refreshingly cool scene.
