Homenagem aos fundadores, em Anais, do Agrupamento 367, do Corpo Nacional de Escutas.
Em março de 1970 deram-se os primeiros passos para a fundação do Escutismo em Anais.
Iniciou-se com uma reunião no salão paroquial, convocada pelo Senhor Padre João Cardoso de Oliveira. Cederam ao apelo, Serafim Almeida Magalhães da Cruz e Victor Augusto Gonçalves Magalhães. Estes, em seguida, fizeram convites individuais a vários jovens, alguns dos quais aceitaram. Começaram assim por organizar dirigentes, patrulhas e bandos.
No dia 11 de outubro de 1970 realizaram-se a fundação do agrupamento n.º 367, grupo n.º 81 e alcateia n.º 81. Assistiram a esta inauguração diversos agrupamentos, entre os quais Barcelos, Prado, S. Paio de Merlim e Tibães. Presidiu a esta cerimónia o assistente regional Reverendo Padre Américo Ferreira Alves.
No dia 10 de outubro de 1970, às 22h, realizou-se a Velada de Armas na Igreja Paroquial de Anais, seguida de Fogo de Conselho. No domingo, dia 11, às 11h, celebrou-se a missa com promessas.

Tribute to the founders of Scout Group 367 of the Corpo Nacional de Escutas (Portuguese Catholic Scouts) in Anais
In March 1970, the first steps were taken toward the founding of Scouting in Anais.
It began with a meeting in the parish hall, convened by Father João Cardoso de Oliveira. Responding to the call were Serafim Almeida Magalhães da Cruz and Victor Augusto Gonçalves Magalhães. These two then individually invited several young people, some of whom accepted. They began by organising the people by leaders, patrols, and cub packs.
On October 11, 1970, the official founding of Group No. 367, Scout Troop No. 81, and Cub Pack No. 81 took place. Several other Scout groups attended the inauguration, including those from Barcelos, Prado, S. Paio de Merlim, and Tibães. The ceremony was presided over by the regional chaplain, Reverend Father Américo Ferreira Alves.
On October 10, 1970, at 10 p.m., a Vigil of Arms was held at the Parish Church of Anais, followed by a Council Fire. On Sunday, the 11th, at 11 a.m., Mass was celebrated with the Scout Promise ceremony.
