The cache is a black micro and you will need to bring a writing utensil and possibly a large set of tweezers. This cache is in a quieter area and should be able to be found at all all times of the day. Please place the cache back the way you found it so that is easier for the next cachers to retrive it.
*Cache Significance*
As this cache is pIaced by his memorial fountain, I dedicate it in memory of John W. Omohundro. Born in 1891 here in Whitesboro, John was the second oldest of six children of John and Minnie Omohundro. It’s believed that, as the eldest son, he played an important role in supporting the Omohundro Hardware Store, a local business that served the community for many years. Tragically, John’s life was cut short when he passed away in 1915 at the age of 24. This cache honors his life and the quiet legacy his family left within the town of Whitesboro.
