Welcome to the Alpine Lookout. You can probably park here and make it back within the 20 minutes allowed time, but with all the available spots, it is not an area that is strictly patrolled and monitored and you shouldn't worry too much....unless you plan on doing the whole stretch of caches here. Then you may find yourself with a ticket possibly.
