Geocache Description:


My puzzle called Word Mash Up and this one are both route cipher variants. The American Cryptogram Association describes a route cipher here. As described on the ACA site, the traditional route cipher is created by writing plaintext(pt) into a block in one way and reading the same pt in a different way to produce a ciphertext(ct) string. This puzzle just provides blocks of pt, requiring you to determine how the pt has been written into each block. When properly read, each block will provide a different valid location. The cache is at the midpoint of those two locations.
