About Central Connecticut Cacher (CCC) events

This is the 243rd monthly gathering of CCC events (including three pandemic months when the events were held as Zoom meetings), which is believed to be the longest single series of monthly geocaching events anywhere in the world. Anyone is welcome to attend. You don't have to reside in CT, and you certainly don't have to be an experienced cacher -- new folks are most welcome! If you are simply curious and want to learn more about geocaching, this is the place to come. This event features new or rotating hosts every month along with changing locations. If you interested in hosting a CCCs' Nite Out event, please contact Katydid to inquire about hosting and available month. As host, you select a location, request a reservation, get the coordinates; copy and paste the information to the event page, add your own details, and submit an event listing. The location should be kid-friendly, have no admission fee and be within the Central Connecticut/Greater Hartford area. Please note that Geocaching guidelines require events be submitted two weeks prior to the date of event.
