Le Conseil Municipal des Jeunes de Quimper s’est emparé du concept de géocaching pour sensibiliser la population à la biodiversité locale. Les jeunes ont imaginé un parcours sur les bords du Steïr qui invite les promeneurs à s'attarder sur les espèces végétales et animales présentes sur le site.
Chaque étape contient dans sa description une question. La réponse à cette question est accessible dans la cache correspondante. Vous trouverez 3 caches le long du parcours « Faune & Flore du Steïr ». Vous êtes ici à l’étape 2.

Le ragondin a un impact écologique considérable sur l’écosystème. Pour construire ses terriers, le ragondin crée des galeries dans les berges, ce qui les fragilisent et détruit l’habitat de nombreuses espèces.

The Quimper Youth City Council has embraced the concept of geocaching to raise awareness of local biodiversity. The young people have devised a trail along the banks of the Steir river, inviting walkers to take the time to observe the plant and animal species you’d be able to find there.
Each stage includes a question in its description. The answer to this question can be found in the corresponding cache. There are three caches along the “Fauna & Flora of the Steir” trail. You are now at stage 2.
