Finally, a place to hide a regular size geocache that will (hopefully) be safe from muggles but still fairly easy to grab a smiley. I had been looking to hide something besides a micro for our many tourists to find, and I think this location will serve nicely.
Hidden approximately half way up the 720 stair Mt Tapyas climb, this is near a natural rest area that was installed to provide restrooms and picnic services...of course, this is the Philippines, so I would avoid the comfort rooms (full of garbage and no servicable toilets) and focus on gaining a smiley.
