Posezení kolem ohně s opékáním buřtů
po oslavě 25 let Geocachingu v ČR
Jak jste se již mohli dočíst v listingu sobotního megaeventu, kromě oslavy významného výročí českého geocachingu nás unikátní areál historické čistírny odpadních vod spolu se svým okolím inspiroval k tématu elementů, které bychom chtěli symbolicky propojit s atmosférou místa i s duchem geocachingu. Čtyři základní živly jsou jasné: země, voda, vzduch a oheň. Tvoří společně svět, v němž se pohybujeme při hledání keší. A ten pátý? Tím je komunita! To jsme my, kačeři, kteří všechny předešlé elementy propojují. A jelikož český geocaching oslavuje 25 let, stalo se číslo 5 i klíčem k našemu programu a též i každý z eventů v průběhu víkendu bude zaměřen na jeden z pěti elementů.
Závěr megaeventového dne jsme se rozhodli propojit s ohněm, tedy elementem, bez kterého bychom historicky neměli teplo a světlo. Oproti jiným živlům je oheň specifický tím, že ač nám přináší značný užitek, nemůžeme se jej snadno dotknout a více než u ostatních elementů platí, že jde o živel zrádný. Jak jej tedy co nejlépe propojit s geocachingem a komunitou? Poté, co společně oslavíme české geocachingové výročí se společně rozloučíme s megaeventem posezením kolem táboráku! Zakončíme celodenní aktivity v klidu u jídla připraveného na ohni a společně si vychutnáme závěr dne ve světle plamenů tančících v ohništi.

celebrating 25 years of Geocaching in Czechia
As you may have already read in the listing for Saturday's mega event, in addition to celebrating the significant anniversary of Czech geocaching, the unique grounds of the historic wastewater treatment plant and its surroundings inspired us to choose a theme based on the elements, which we would like to symbolically connect with the atmosphere of the place and the spirit of geocaching. The four basic elements are clear: earth, water, air, and fire. Together, they form the world in which we move in search of caches. And the fifth? That's the community! That's us, the cachers, who connect all the previous elements. And since Czech geocaching is celebrating its 25th anniversary, the number 5 has become the key to our program, and each of the events over the weekend will focus on one of the five elements.
We decided to conclude the mega-event day with fire, an element without which we would historically have no heat or light. Unlike other elements, fire is unique in that, although it brings us considerable benefits, we cannot easily touch it, and more than any other element, it is treacherous. So how can we best connect it with geocaching and the community? After celebrating the Czech geocaching anniversary together, we will say goodbye to the mega-event rush by sitting around a campfire! We will end the day's activities in peace with food prepared on the fire and enjoy the end of the day together in the light of the flames dancing in the fire pit.
