Geocache Description:

Location: Round Table Pizza; 10054 Bruceville Road; Elk Grove, CA

Dig those ugly holiday sweaters out of the back of your closets and wear them with pride at this lunchtime gathering! (No purchase required.)

We will have a white elephant gift exchange starting promptly at 12:30pm.  Participation is optional and no new participants once the game has started.  The rules for this game are as follows:

  1. Each participant should bring ONE wrapped gift with a total value between $10 and $20. This can be multiple small items in one box/bag or just one item.
  2. Gifts should be family friendly and no alcohol, please.
  3. Each participant will receive a number when they turn in their gift to the designated table. This will be their number in the gift selection order when the game starts.
  4. The participant with #1 will select first and open their chosen gift.
  5. The first gift a participant touches is the gift they will open.  No "checking" gifts by lifting, shaking, etc.
  6. The subsequent participants will either choose to steal an already opened gift or take an unopened one from the table.
  7. Participants are expected to stay for the duration of the game. Do not leave early with your gift as it would be unfair to the rest of the participants.
  8. Each gift can only be stolen 2 times before it is locked and no longer available to be stolen.
  9. If a gift is stolen, the participant it is stolen from gets to choose either an opened (available) gift or a new one from the table.
  10. After everyone has participated, if participant #1 did not have their original gift stolen from them, they are given the option to swap their gift for one of the gifts still in play or retain what they have.
  11. Remember to have fun!
