Last year was fun so let's do it again!
Start off 2026 right with a little community cleanup! MissNinny and I have been tryiing to get this stretch of Pleasant Valley road cleaned up and would like some help from the other cachers in the NTX region. Focus this time is from the creek east to the cement trail and up to the split where Pleasant Valley road cuts off to the right before the PGB Turnpike (see the red lines in the background image). The first straight stretch of the cement walking/biking trail needs work as well, Come on out and help us clear the way to a cleaner 2026!
Park at the posted parking lot coordinates and then (be safe and) walk under the bridge then up and around to the left - cross all the way over the bridge to the start of the cement trail. You can also walk over the bridge on the Parking Lot/Gun Club side and cross the street at Miles Road. We'll be there with water, bags, gloves and a few grabbers to lend out.
