High clearance vehicle recommended, a 4 wheel drive is nice to have, but not necessary. Short climb on foot over rocky terrain. Not far from highway, but desert travelers should always carry water and shade. We noticed a lot of BROKEN GLASS where we parked to place this cache. Be careful of your tires, of pet's paws and of small children.
Cache is in a blue plastic shoebox. When placed it contained, disposable camera (please take a picture of yourself), Samuel Adams coasters, bookmark from Whitehorse, Yukon Territory, a Turtle Days button, green lanyard, $4.00 bill, MotorMax Superwheels, Desert RV Gem Resort key ring, nail clippers, and an eagle button.
And, Marvin the Musk Ox Travel Bug. He is from Alaska, finds the desert not to his liking, and wants to go back.
Note the evidence of the pack rat's nest near the cache.
