What's this? A nearly-empty walking trail? This looks like a good place for a challenge trail. I'll get the challenge party started, and hopefully others will add to it!
As we all know, the Bay Area offers a huge variety of caching opportunities, from beach to mountains, urban to backcountry, bison tube power trails to lonely old ammo cans buried under years of forest duff. How much of the Bay Area have you explored? This challenge is for intrepid cachers who've been around the bay a few times.
For purposes of this challenge, the Bay Area counties include the following 10: Marin, Sonoma, Napa, Solano, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo, and San Francisco.
Minimum challenge requirements (all exclude Adventure Labs):
- 1 or more cache finds in at least 9 Bay Area counties
- 1 or more non-traditional cache finds in at least 7 Bay Area counties
- 1 or more cache finds on 5 separate dates in each of at least 5 Bay Area counties

Joe's Trail has no posted hours and plenty of free public parking at various points. Happy hunting!
