Charlotte Cavatica, the heroine of the story, "Charlotte's Web" by American author, E.B.White (1952), has passed away (hence archiving of GC5FZYQ Charlotte) but some of her spiderlings stayed behind. A favourite story from many a childhood.
As the story goes....Wilbur the pig looks after Charlotte's egg sac full of her offspring after she dies at the country fair. In spring, hundreds of children (spiderlings) hatch & fly away, but 3 of them - Joy, Nellie & Aranea - stay behind on the farm with Wilbur.
Aranea has made a home here close to where Charlotte resided for the last 11yrs.
"Aranea" is a Latin word meaning "spider," and it is associated with creativity, patience, and craftsmanship due to the spider's web-weaving abilities.
The cache is on the edge of Eudlo Creek National Park along Eudlo-Palmwoods Road. This road can be busy with traffic at times so be careful. Closest parking would be in Tania Avenue.
Aranea is within her lair, the entrance of which has much natural cover. Room for swaps and travel bugs.
We hope you have a terrific time meeting Aranea.
Arachnophobics may wish to avoid.
