Trolls have invaded North Carolina!
Recently installed, as of today, there are five trolls in Raleigh, one in High Point, more coming to Asheville and this one right here in Charlotte is named Big Pete.
The creator of these trolls is Thomas Dambo from Odense, Denmark. Per his website, he is lifelong advocate for upcycling and public engagement. His projects continually challenge the boundaries between art, adventure and activism. His work draws global audiences into a playful, urgent conversation about waste, wonder and our relationship with our planet.
