TO FIND THIS CACHE, you'll need to visit the Clinton County Visitors Bureau and locate the LHR signpost located near the entrance. Parking is available behind the building. Use the clue below to obtain access to the logbook and code word and please replace everything exactly as found. While you're here, don't forget to check out the Michael Flanagan Bald Eagle carving on the opposite corner of the building.

Locate the plaque dedicating the Center for Economic Development and Tourism to Mr. Daniel R. Harger - it's near the entrance of the building, just behind the signpost. Insert the year the plaque was dedicated (October ####) into the lock to gain access to this Geocache.

TO OPEN THE LOCK, insert the four-digit combination and press the button on the front to release the shackle. Remove the lock at an angle, or by closing the shackle in the 'unlocked' position and sliding it diagonally. Once complete, replace the lock from right to left, ensuring the button is facing the front for the next cacher. Thanks.

This project was financed in part by a grant from the Community Conservation Partnerships Program, the Heritage Areas Program, under the administration of the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Recreation and Conservation.
