Northwest Medford keeps changing, and this cache puts you right on the edge of that growth. Near the new construction by Marshalls, REI, and other shops, you will get a front row view of fresh dirt, new walls going up, and a busy corner of town in motion.
This is very much an urban hide. Expect plenty of muggles. shoppers, employees, delivery trucks, and construction traffic all moving through the area. Please park legally and completely off the driving lanes, and use sidewalks or obvious walking paths whenever possible. There is no reason to enter the active construction zone, climb fences, or get close to equipment. The cache is accessible from public areas only and is a T1 from the right direction, or from the wrong direction for someone with long arms.
Let your geosenses guide you. You may need to wait for a lull in foot or vehicle traffic before making the grab and returning the cache without drawing attention.
When you make the find, sign the log, enjoy watching this part of Medford continue to grow, and then tuck the container back exactly as you found it so it stays hidden from non geocachers in the middle of all the activity.
