We want to acknowledge the beautiful, unceded land on which this cache is placed and pay my respects to its traditional owners, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri peoples.
The cache is not at the listed coordinates, but that’s a great place to park. Prepare for a roughly 3 km return hike; depending on the route you take, it will be quite flat and you will be on path the whole way.
We placed this cache during a Father’s Day hike in 2025 in the Mulligan's Flats. Yes we celebrated a bit belated, as we were thousands of miles apart on actual fathers day this year.
So may animal to spot in this protected reserve, watch out for Echidnas and Shingelback.
And magic looking tree gates, welcoming you to another world. It does feel a little like you have stepped into another world here....
