**GEOCACHE IS NOT AT POSTED COORDINATES!**
Saint Ambrose Catholic Cemetery was relocated to its current location at some point and had been founded in 1871 It was deeded to the city of Des Moines in 1923 and is now the northern part of Woodland Cemetery. Several Irish Catholic pioneers of Des Moines are buried here, but it should also be noted that a major fire destroyed most of this cemetery’s records.
The coordinates to this geocache will be granted after completing the Adventure Lab "Daleks take Saint Ambrose Cemetery?," a sequential order spooky story that combines the real history of the cemetery with some Doctor Who fanlore. You will need the Adventure Lab app to do that adventure.
As with any cemetery geocache, this one comes with a few rules: Do not cache at night, be respectful of the markers and mourners, don't cache if a funeral is proceeding and follow all posted rules.
