High accident zone
When driving from Aberdeen to Graaff Reinet there is a road sign stating it is a high accident zone. On the right there is old road please stop there and walk to the cache. The stopping next to road can be dangerous as it is in curves.
When you find the cache the historical bed wil be on the other side of the fence. Please do not enter as that is private property. You can see the bed from the fence where you stand at the geocache
A cast iron bed lies near the roadside between Aberdeen and Graaff-Reinet. The bed was used to mark and protect the grave of a mother or daughter and they proceeded with their journey with the rest of the family. It is on private property.
