In 1971, the Commonwealth Forest Research Institute was a key forestry research organization located in Canberra, which was later incorporated into the CSIRO. In the same year, the CSIRO's Division of Forest Products was split into other divisions, and the Forest Research Institute was established, operating from 1964 to 1975 before being absorbed into CSIRO's new Division of Forest Research in 1975. This institute was a predecessor to the modern forestry research divisions within the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO).This is one of those former buildings.
The cache is available 24/7.Parking is nearby. Enter via Wilf Crane Crescent not Golf Course side.No need to enter the building.Its been vacant and locked for many years.
The cache is small with swaps,log book and pencil.
Please rehide at the correct angle for others to enjoy.Cache must be placed on the black circle ,no matter what angle or position you find it.
Any "Found Log" with any subtle hints about the hide will find it removed for the benefit of others.Do not remove any item in the area, reposition it or adjust anything.The whole set up of the cache area is purposely done by the cache owner.
