My name is Euchariah Who and I live in Whoville.

As you are aware, last year we had another Grinch incident that got out of control and resulted in some chaos around your town.
Fortunately, with help from Sargeant Samuel McPherson and using valuable Intel from the Geocaching Community, we were able to track down that green-furred menace and return him to Mount Crumpit before he caused any major damage. I am sure glad Whoville residents are smart and decided not to defund our Police!

With some luck, maybe the Grinch will stay up there on his mountain this time but we never know for sure until that sour-sweet wind starts blowing.
You may be wondering why I am writing this note to you.
Well...
Whoville's resident Artist, Genius, and General Problem-Solver is Christy-Lou Who and she came up with an idea to Thank All of You Wonderful Geocachers for your help last year by sending some Christmas Ornaments to enjoy as a token of our appreciation.

Myself, I have a HUGE Crush on Christy-Lou (please don't say anything) so I volunteered to be the Delivery Person -and on that note, watch your step at the "GZ". Santa Claus helped me deliver this package to Cornwall and I think Rudolph may have... um... left his own souvenir nearby while we were parked.
