03 - Texas Style Q2SM Multi-Cache

This is a quick two stage multi that has NRV except for the mountain view. I'm leveraging a 1st stage concept that I ran across in Texas. The final isn't far away, and has less thorns than the final concept that I borrowed from some challenge caches in Texas.

This cache is on Arizona State Trust Land. Geocachers must purchase an annual recreation permit available on the Arizona State Land Department website.
