I've been asked by a few different people over the last 10+ years to host an event on Christmas Day for those of us who either don't celebrate Christmas or don't have any plans on Christmas. SO, if you also have nothing better to do Christmas morning or already need a break from your family, feel free to come hang out with me. We can catch up on what we have all been up to since last Christmas and we can share our hopes and goals for 2025. Also, please bring photos of your Christmas trees and/or light displays to share. I love looking at everyone's decorations and learning about other peoples traditions.
I've decided to make this year's event a CITO, because its usually pretty chilly outside and maybe moving around and cleaning up the park will help keep us all warm Hopefully it won't be too cold out, but this is a rain/snow or shine event.
This event will qualify you for the Closing 2025 souvenir: Earn Closing 2025 by finding any geocache, attending any Event, or completing an Adventure Lab® Location from December 24–31, 2025.
PS - Covid is still alive and well, unfortunately. No one requires masks anywhere anymore, except maybe the hospital, but please respect other people's space in case they are not comfortable with people invading their bubble 😷
