From the posted coordinates look to the west at the bend in the road.
The large Right Turn sign is hard to miss.
A large Left Turn sign is visible if approaching from the North
As I was driving by the song "I Saw the Sign" was playing on the radio.
So I think that was a sign to place a cache.
