The George Library is one of eleven public libraries in the George municipal area. The building was officially opened by E (Gene) Louw, the then administrator of the Cape of Good Hope on the 23rd of July 1980.
The cache is not inside the premices and you can access the area 24 hours a day. Stealth mode might be required since the chances are there of bumping into a bookwormy muggle.
