You’re about to step into one of the strangest little pockets of civilization-meets-wilderness you’ll ever find. On the surface, these retention ponds look ordinary: calm water, a few cattails, maybe a frog or two. But stick around long enough and you’ll notice things here are… different.

The birds watch you a little too closely.
