Geocache Description:


Welcome to Beaver Dam Lake! The lake was referred to as Che-wa-cum-ma-towangok or "Lake Made by the Beavers" by the local Ojibwe tribe. This is one of five boat landings on this sprawling  1,163-acre lake that surrounds "The Island City" of Cumberland.
