Mall Moldova is the largest shopping center outside Bucharest and one of the most significant retail and entertainment developments in the Moldova region of Romania. It officially opened on April 17, 2025, marking a major transformation of the commercial landscape in Iași and eastern Romania.
Designed as a super-regional mall, it serves not only the city of Iași but also visitors from across the wider Moldova region.
The mall covers over 110,000 square meters of leasable retail space and includes more than 250 stores and restaurants, many of which are new concepts or first-time entries to the region.
Its food and leisure area is extensive, featuring a food court with over 30 units and more than 2,500 seats, as well as well-known international restaurant brands. For entertainment, Mall Moldova includes a Cinema City multiplex with 9 screens and 4DX technology, along with the largest indoor children’s playground in the region.
Mall Moldova is strategically located at one of Iași’s main entry points, with easy access from major regional routes. It offers a large parking capacity with thousands of spaces, including rooftop parking.
The project contributes significantly to the local economy and reinforces Iași’s position as a major commercial and urban hub in eastern Romania.
