Didcot #42 - Fleet Meadow Community Hall (officially known as Village Hall Series 1784 - Fleet Meadow Community Hall)

Fleet Meadow Community Hall is located at the Fleet Meadow estate on Sandringham Road, Didcot, OX11 8TP. The hall is serving the local communities and organisations. Operated by the Fleet Meadow Community Hall Trust and maintained by the Didcot Town Council, the venue can be used for private and group bookings.
Fleet Meadow Community Hall was originally built in 1989 by the Fleet Meadow Community Association charitable trust, and was established as a hire venue for the local communities.
The Community Hall is opened and closed by the Trust Volunteers as required throughout the day, however it is a self-service facility, meaning it will be unstaffed during the day.
The facility is operated and maintained by the Didcot Town Council, along with the Civic Hall and the Willowbrook Leisure Centre.
The facility offers a spacious main hall, a kitchen area, a committee room, and a small office. There is on-site parking available. The hall can also fit a bouncy castle.
About this GeoCache
At the published coordinates, you will be standing near the entrance to the hall. Look up and find a big white sign on an external wall, where you will find a telephone number, let it be 01235 ABCDEF.
On another external wall you will find a defibrillator, what are the three white letters with a green background on the defibrillator box? Let them be GHJ.
For the letters in the above question, translate each letter to a number using A = 1, B = 2, ..., I = 9, J = 0, K = 1, ... method.
The final coordinates are some distance away at:
N51 36. ( A - G - F ) ( C + D - B + G ) ( E + H )
W001 13. ( J + B + C ) ( B * C * E ) ( ( G + H +J ) / ( E - B ) )
The checksum of all the digits in the final coordinates is 54.
Please also note:
Please bring your own pen, and open & close the cache lid carefully so the cache and log book can survive longer. You might need a tweezer to help retrieve the log paper.
Please also replace exactly as found due to obvious reason, and please be careful with the possible thorns, stinging nettles, and overhead tree branches! Long sleeves, trousers, and gloves are recommended.
You do not need to enter any private land or cross any fence.
Thank you and enjoy GeoCaching!
FTF: Congratulations to Lmw1980 for their FTF on 12 December 2025!
