The January monthly meet-up will be at the Blue Silo micropub in Acrise (a few miles north of Folkestone) where we will meet up indoors in the spacious bar area.
All are welcome, and dogs are welcome (with well-behaved owners).
If you've never been to a meet before it is an ideal chance to meet up with those names you read on cache logs, to talk about that puzzle cache you can't solve, to find out what those strange Wherigo things are all about. The ideal way to meet new friends. If you are anxious about coming along, drop the C.O. a line – he will make sure you aren’t on your own.
There’s no hot food available on Sunday but there’s a range of bar snacks including scotch eggs and sausage rolls. There’s a range of beers and spirits as well as soft drinks, coffees and hot chocolates.
I've not listed any specific parking co ordinates; the Blue Silo has signposted car parks, and offers camping and spaces for camper vans. To book one, contact the Blue Silo micropub directly.
This is a new venue for Kent geocaching. Hopefully it is a convenient location.
