This Chugiak institution is full of history and fun. The previous owner passed after a private battle with cancer last year, and his son and daughter-in-law have other careers and a family, so they can't run it exactly like Trig used to, but they open up once a month for an open house with a limited menu so that people can see and enjoy all the history and fun inside.
Stop by for a cup of coffee and whatever is on their rotating micro-menu (in September, it was biscuits and gravy or baklava, in October it was breakfast burritos and McMuffins) and say hi! The line often stretches out the door when they first open at 10!

Accessibility:
The cafe is historic and has a lot of tight corners, but it is very close to ADA-friendly. I believe at least one door has a ramp.
