The posted coordinates (Stage 1) lead to the Dakota Inn.
It's located in Detroit, but north of Highland Park, MI.
It's a Rathskeller - a term that originally referred, in Germany, to a tavern or a restaurant located in the basement of a town hall. These were public spaces for refreshments, communal gathering, and local social life.
Today, the term generally refers to a basement pub,
not necessarily one located under a town hall.
