Granddaughters Claire and Lila hid this cache after witnessing the popularity of their cousin Hill's cache in Lynn Park (Hill's Booty). Yowell Meadow is historically significant, as it was the site where the Culpeper Minutemen were formed before the Revolutionary War. Its significance is marked by several monuments in the Park: The Charters of Freedom contains the documents establishing our country, and the Daughters of the American Revolution monument honors the Culpeper Minutemen.

The cache is located on the Eastern side of the 1-mile Nature Trail Loop alongside Mountain Run. It's a small olive-green container. Bring your own pencil. Warning: There are thorny vines in the area, and the approach may be muddy.
The Culpeper Parks and Recreation Commission has granted Claire and Lila permission to hide this cache.
