Rada algab Tallinna–Narva maanteelt Loksale viiva tee äärest parklast esimesel kilomeetril. See kulgeb algul läbi metsa, siis läbi raba teisele poole väiksesse parklasse vana Narva maantee ääres, poolteist kilomeetrit Loksa teelt Kemba poole. Raba läbiv rada on 3,5 km pikk ning märgistatud puudel valge ja rohelise värviga. Rada saab läbida ka ringikujuliselt. Siis on teekonna pikkus 5,5 km. Kui alustate Narva maantee poolsest parklast ja jõuate raba läbiva raja lõppu infotahvli juurde, siis keerake vasakule rajaharule, mis on puudel tähistatud siniste täppidega. See haru toob teid mööda rabaäärset luiteahelikku kulgedes tagasi raja algusse. Infotahvlite abiga saab tundma õppida raba tekkimist ja tähtsust looduse ja inimese jaoks ning rabataimi - sookailu, rabamurakat, küüvitsat, tupp-villpead ja putuktoidulist ümaralehist huulheina. Raja Kemba-poolses otsas on tehtud taastamistöid, et kunagine freesturbaväli uuele elule äratada – ka sellest räägivad infotahvlid. Raja keskel on vaatetorn, kus avaneb vaade kogu rabale. Ratastooli või lapsevankriga pääseb kuni vaatetornini. Edasi läheb laudtee kitsamaks.
Ettevaatust: raba on veerohkusest hoolimata väga tuleohtlik! Turbasse hõõguma jäänud säde võib vallandada suure põlengu.
Taimestiku ja pinnase hoidmiseks palume liikuda vaid laudteel. Jalgrattaga on laudteel sõitmine keelatud!

The trail begins one kilometre from the car park alongside the Tallinn-Narva highway, from the road leading to Loksa. First it runs first through the forest, then through the bog to the small car park on the other side by Old Narva Highway for one and a half kilometres from Loksa road towards Kemba. The 3.5 km long trail through the bog is marked with white and green colours on the trees. It can also be run in a circle. The total distance is then 5.5 km. Starting at the car park by Narva Highway, when you reach the information board at the end of the trail through the bog, turn left onto the branch of the trail which is marked with blue dots on the trees. This will lead you back to the start of the trail as you walk alongside the bog-side dune chain. Information boards explain the formation of peat bogs and their importance for nature and people, as well as the bog plants: marsh Labrador, cloudberries, bog-rosemary, hare’s-tail cottongrass, and insect-eating sundews. Information boards also provide details of the rehabilitation work carried out at the Kemba end of the trail to revive the former peat milling field. In the middle of the trail, there is a gazebo offering views of the entire bog. Wheelchairs and prams can access the observation tower via a ramp. After that, the boardwalk narrows.
Despite the abundance of water, the bog is highly flammable! A glowing spark in the peat can trigger a large fire.
To preserve the vegetation and soil, please only walk along the boardwalk. Riding a bicycle on the boardwalk is prohibited!
