This little corner on the north-west perimeter of Toronto City Hall features as part of a small sculpture garden, a monument to Winston Churchill, an important historical figure particularly during his tenure as Britain's Prime Minister during WWII. The sculpture was created in 1977 by artist Oscar Nemon and formerly stood in front of City Hall, moving to it's current location in 2014 as a consequence of renovation to Nathan Phillips Square. You can find another work by Nemon at the intersection of Univeristy Ave and Dundas St nearby - named "Per Ardua Ad Astra", it is in memory of our Canadian airmen who fought in the skies to maintain freedom and order in the world.
Take some time to read the historical signs at this site and learn more about Churchill's impact and connections to Canada. Then have a seat nearby and you just might find the cache!
Please do not post photos of the cache container itself, let's keep the hunt exciting for others thank you!
