This title of this has nothing to do with the cache itself, but the location is at the bus stop close to my uncle's residence. My uncle was born a paraplegic, due to the use of the agent orange herbicide during the Vietnam War between 1962 to 1975.
Some 170kg of agent orange was dumped during that war, affecting 3 million hectares of land, 18% of Vietnamese forests, and around 20,000 villagers. The health effects were devastating, as it was absorbed through the skin, breathed in via contaminated dust, and consumed via contaminated livestock and crops.
