Rob Lynch, a property developer behind a 323-lot subdivision in Tasmania’s South-East, wanted to provide a suitable tribute to Madison Lyden, a Tasmanian killed in a tragic accident while holidaying in New York in 2018. Mr Lynch’s son was in New York with Madison at the time of the accident which deeply affected their family.
The park, complete with a well-equipped playground and a ninja warrior course also contains see-saw, climbing structures, slides and assortment of swings
