Geocache Description:


 The cache is not at the posted coordinates. It is at the Confluence of the Cocalico Creek and Conestoga River.  

You will need to do the "Ancient Susquehanna AL" at Breezyview Drive overlook Columba, PA for the coordinates. Then head EAST about 20 miles for the bonus at Silvan B Fisher Township Park Please don't search at night.

 Conestoga River a tribituary of the Sesquehanna River 

The Conestoga River originates from headwaters in southeran Berks County and northeast Lancaster County.  in an area known as "Bortz's Swamp" or "Penngall Field" (a small area rises in Chester County) 

The East Branch and West Branch of the Conestoga join to form the main river just north of Morgantown, and the stream flows from northeast to southwest for more than 60 miles (97 km), passing close to the center of Lancaster.

The mouth of the Conestoga River empties into the Susquehanna River at  Safe Harbor  approximately 16 miles north of the Pennsylvania-Maryland state line.The Conestoga River, a tributary of the Susquehanna, has several tributaries that flow into the Conestoga, including Cocalico Creek, Lititz Run, Little Conestoga Creek, Mill Creek and Muddy Creek.

The Conestoga River empties into the Susquehanna River at Safe Harbor, Pennsylvania, approximately 16 miles north of the Pennsylvania-Maryland state line.
