Geocache Description:

A Typical Hide

Have you ever noticed that some geographic areas are known for specific types of geocaching hides?  In Florida, you'll discover that "a typical Florida hide" is usually a pill bottle or film canister placed in the trunk of a palm tree.  Go to Orange County, California and you can find "boogers" (look it up -grin).  When we first started coming to Yuma, we joked that the most common hide style at the time was a pill bottle in a bush out in the desert.  Today we find a lot of "double shotgun shells".  Does this tell you something about the demographics of the area?

You won't have to drive out in the desert to look for this cache, but you will be walking in typical desert terrain.  This may, or may no be a pill bottle in a bush, but at least you have some ideas to start your search.
