Geocache Description:


City of Yuma - Riverside Park

 

This park is located close to the Colorado River and features picnic tables, barbecues, a ramada, and restrooms. It is also located next to the Riverside Cottage Outdoor Education Center. This cottage has a small open area classroom/meeting room. The center is located north of Riverside Park and is within walking distance to the Colorado River.  This park is also home to the Yuma Territory Live Steamers, a 1/8 scale railroad club. Currently, there are 3,000 feet of track in Riverside Park.Their public rides operation schedule is the 2nd and 4th weekends of the month; Saturday, and Sunday 10 AM to 3 PM from October through May.

 

 

You can park close to this cache and you will be looking for "a typical Florida hide", whatever that is.
